Forthcoming gigs.

Aye. We moved from upstairs to downstairs during half time cos we spotted two spare seats just above the floor. So we were in a completely different position for sound.

Aye, New Rose was great. Tried to explain to my daughter what it was all about, don’t think I did a great job explaining the first punk single. She doesn’t know what a single is never mind understanding genres from 50 years ago. I’ll enjoy teaching her though!
Great parenting. 👍 My 14 year old step daughter regularly asks for Nazi Punks F@#k off to jump around the kitchen to. Very rewarding 😎

Have seen seen that Sean McKenna has departed?
Aye. Strange so soon to the start of the tour.

My own thoughts, there’s only so long you can continue to be so cover heavy & ride the wave. One of the main three leave, I think they’ll fade away shortly. A bit Gerry Cinnamoney in the fact they’ve made a decent fist of what they have, but not a lot of places to go from here.

Ooooo. f***ing hell, you’ve top trumped the majority of this thread with thatn.

Sounds class.

Nick Cave is class, but much prefer the guitar stuff to the piano gear. I’m assuming this’ll be piano heavy?
Aye, without the seeds, but still ... awa the knot to have got tickets. I reckon it'll still be a good mix, but wish it was with Warren Ellis too.

I agree that the lack of original material probably restricts their potential audience.
