Fantastic!! The bairnsAye, as I say I was a bit dubious given the line up. Iβve seen them before and I reckon theyβre probably the best band Iβve ever seen and I didnβt want to taint that.
The main reason I went this time was to take my two children with me. Theyβre 11 and 7. It was the first ever gig for my 7 year old and second for the 11 year old (sheβs seen Little Mix before).
As with any stadium gig the sound is hitty missy depending where you are. It wasnβt perfect where we were and itβs apparent that Brian Johnsonβs voice is not what it was. But he looked like he was having a whale of a time. And Angus is Angus, a bloody good guitar player, still full of energy.
I can understand the mixed comments but I thought it was great especially the memories of seeing my children being in awe of the whole thing.
Oh, and theyβre still as loud as ever!

What a night, great venue and music, the NASUWT Riverside Band wow and a great cameo from Paul Smith 9.9/10
Aye, very good, looking forward to seeing them again at Glasshouse in October. Must've seen them 6 or 7 times now and never disappoint
And the felling male voice choir who were brilliant. I missed who the guy was who gave the band introduction was? He was brilliant...
Thatβs a proper mad line up that like.Robbie Williams in Hyde Park tomorrow. Support is Black Grape, Seal, Gaz Coombes and Kate Nash among others. Not showing the England match so best hope I can stream it on my phone as thatβs a decent support line up for me.
Thereβs always a bit of take that - heβs a proper entertainer and knows what the crowd wants. My other half thinks Robbie is a twat but still enjoys himself if I can drag him along.Thatβs a proper mad line up that like.
For all well mock, bet Robbie Williams puts on a topper show full of bangers. Does he do take that stuff anarl?
Wonder if heβs a possibility for Glastonbury. Iβd rather see him than Shania Twain.
The music was superb. Probably seen then about 20 times now. Always first class. One gripe, the view from the transept was rotten. I've seen some photos from different seats and it looked so much better. I heard during an announcement that it was being professionally filmed and there were some tech gadgies/equipment at the back in addition to what you'd normally see. Hope it becomes available.Public Service Broadcasting

Did you see them at the fire station last year(maybe year before)? Some saying its the best they have ever seen them. And one of them said he has a Sunderland connection. The music was superb. Yes, they were very good. A good venue to see them. The lead guy's dad is from Sunderland, as is his Great-Uncle George, who was killed at Dunkirk after whom the 'War Room' ep is dedicated to.Did you see them at the fire station last year(maybe year before)? Some saying its the best they have ever seen them.
