Flog them all

Masuaku was a free agent throughout last summer. We gave him a contract after the season started, he started two games and was a bombscare in both then dropped and farmed out on loan. He's a year older. Who is going to now give us £3m to take him off our hands?
Yeah that possibly totally fair, like I say I hoyed that up in 5 minutes, it took as long to remember half the names as it did to ascribe a value. If you go through the entire squad though and try to give them your own values what sort of total are you coming out at. I may have a couple like that badly wrong but even if he's worth zilch there could easily be others worth £3M more than I have guessed at. My initial point was £350M per the OP to me seems far too low in my opinion for our entire squad, based on the mental prices in the current market.

Sounds easy. I wonder why no team in the history of association football has done it.
Like you say sounds easy thats why it crossed my mind . I mean sides that have grown squads over years wouldnt as they have the top flight players already that we might aspire to .Also sides who havent put such a staggering amount of increased value on a squad in a single season wouldnt see much benefit. Most sides one year into the PL would have a squad worth hardly more than what they paid for it . Add in that they may not have the confidence in scouting for the ambitious project that we have and that would be a serious impediment too .
