I’ve said it all season, Ross isn’t cut out for this job. That said, the players need a long hard look at themselves. No chance in hell, we’ll win the playoffs. Totally embarrassing. Just when you think we could be turning a corner, the feckets slap you back Dow. Well get murdered by Charlton over two legs,

Captain Pugwash for them, tears for us. Ross should gan owa & invite him to a knuckle supper.

Ah well, there it is. Top & bottom of the season, for me, is a combination of a failure to take our scoring chances with a series of unforced errors when defending. That's down to the players, in my opinion. Any manager could set up the team any way you fancy but if those two factors collide on a regular basis, you're not going to win matches. Ross in, certain players possibly out....

Honking. Another game that follows the similar pattern we've had most of the season. I've no idea why we sit back we can't defend a lead, we make a habit of missing some class chances as well. Tbh we aren't good enough to go up its as simple as that.

I've defended our management throughout but I'm sorry after that there is now something fundamentally wrong with the management at this club. The same pattern emerges time after time and it can only eminate from the manager.
This league should have been sewn up weeks ago with the squad we have.
