Just saying is all. You should have had a bacon sandwich this morning instead of a crocodile one.So will I, what’s your point?

It sounds to me like you've wrapped in your season card a few years back and now things could be looking up, decks getting cleared etc you fancy jumping back on the bandwagon and getting your season card back but have realised that all the loyal fans who renewed weeks ago will be getting a better deal than you are and you aren't happy about that.
Sorry if I'm mistaken but that's how It comes across.
It seems a lot of bull and bluster for what is essentially a binary decision. What do you fancy doing every other Saturday?
A. Go to the match.
B. Not go to the match.
Everything else is just filler. If I needed persuasion from elsewhere I don't think I'd bother.
Nowt to do with what it costs me mate...the money is there at 2x £795. And it’s far from jumping on a bandwagon because I was there when almost everyone else had wrapped it in.....i was “the loyal fan” when most criticising me on here were still in their father’s ball sack. I don’t really care what your perception of me is as it’s not important to me.
On an open SAFC forum I’m suggesting ways for the new regime to get off to the best possible start. Seems like you prefer to sit in misery with a few thousand other fans revelling in the fact that you were there when it was really bad. There you go mate, here’s a badge for you.

I honestly don't know what you are suggesting then. Do you want everyone who decides to buy a season card now that we've got a new owner and manager to get theirs cheaper than those who committed earlier when everything was up in the air or are you suggesting all those who committed early to get a rebate as well?
It's not going to happen anyway. The club needs every penny it cam get from ticket sales this season and you either pay the price (which is a very fair one) or you don't. Simple as that.
Appears that now Short has gone some people are scratching around for a new excuse not to go although ticket prices is a bizarre one to say the least.
I've absolutely no idea why anyone would feel the need to explain why they don't go to the matches.
I don't go onto the jazz music forums to tell everyone I don't like jazz and don't go to gigs.
Just go or don't go, good point mate![]()
They would never devalue jazz like that. You’d enjoy jazz mate....I’ll ring the Jazz Cafe in Newcastle to see if they’re doing discounts for those who haven’t made their minds up whether they like it or not.

I'm 62 years old mate, what makes you think I've never heard jazz before?
Why don’t you read the f***ing early posts to get your answers....they’re all there ffs. It’s like pulling teeth with you....are you a bit slow or something?
Your original post suggested the club should offer large discounts and refunds for those who have already renewed. Tickets are already cheap enough at a time when ticket sales are so important to our overall revenue yet you want them made lower so that those who weren't prepared to get a season ticket earlier can get a cheaper deal.
In summary I'd suggest it's you who is a bit slow, as your idea would be a quick way for the club to start racking up a load of debt again, all so that the likes of you can get in on the cheap.
Not one person is offended.Don't you understand the concept of revenue neutral?...ie more paying customers paying less overall. 30,000 at £200 is the same as 20,000 paying £300. There's no loss of revenue IF an assumption is made that the extra 10,000 wouldn't have renewed at the current prices....and that's not to suggest price is the only criteria. My suggestion is purely a way for the new owners to get fans onside, fill the stadium and hopefully create a good atmosphere AT NO EXTRA COST.....and only for one (hopefully successful) season where the original 17k AND the extra fans attracted renew for next season. Hardly radical but my god it's offended a few on here.

What happens if we drop the prices to your suggested level and we only sell 21k season tickets?
Prices are cheap as chips mate. You might argue they’re too cheap but I’m not sure pricing is the issue; rather we don’t win many home games.By offering large discounts and refunds to those who’ve already paid. How many do you think we’d sell at say £200 and if was cost neutral to the new owners would it not be a great way to kickstart the new regime.
