I think both Feyenoord and Ajax have large hooligan groups. I've never been to Rotterdam ( I'm hoping to go over next year as I heard it's a better city than Amsterdam) but I heard it's more working class than Amsterdam and they see themselves as the anti-Amsterdam. Once the place doesn't stink off weed I'll be happy!

It's not and will never be a better city than Amsterdam. You'll get the Feyenoord fans on here disagreeing with this (fair enough), but it's nowt but tribalism.

I've never been but I love Amsterdam. It's great for lads weekend or a city break with the missus!
Rotterdam is worth a visit, as you say it's far more working class than Amsterdam. They've had a fortune spent on it over the last 20yrs or so which means it has some interesting architecture in the centre.
