They're on for been crowned champions of the swiss superleague, only got promoted last season. Has any club ever achieved that?

Zimba Bhora is probably your best bet, receiving promotion in 2022 from the Zimbabwean second division, struggling in a league known for its competitive action and plays, then doing a Leicester the next season winning the Zimbabwean Premier Soccer League, but the fact that I had to say “did a Leicester” therein lies the conundrum as this is far more common

Cloughy did it with Forest as a promoted side. Then won the European cup the following season, then defended it the season after. This being 6 years after he’d won it with Derby having been promoted 3 seasons prior. I’m pretty sure he was the last manager to do it in the UK.

Those achievements particularly with Forest (he won as many European cups at Forest as Ferguson did with United) make him one of, if not the greatest (IMO he is) British manager of all time.

Liverpool (1906), Everton (1932), Spurs (1951), Ipswich (1962) and Forest (1978) are the English teams to have won the title the year after promotion. Forest are the only ones not to have come up as second division champions.
