Seems like all drivers were sticking to the speed limiter however speeding is measured by an average across the entire pit lane. It seems like they have been cutting/ straight lining a corner in the pitlane and by doing this reduces the distance of the pitlane slightly bringing their average above the limit

Only difference is during qualy and practice is they very rarely do live pitstops and go all the way through the pitlane from entry to exit. If they have made an error in the measurement of the pitlane it potentially won’t have been flagged until the race.
There are videos of alpine measuring the pitlane, I’m assuming that is their basis of the appeal

That just smacks of pettiness, no doubt every driver has been making the most of cutting corners to the nth degree but ffs if they are at the right speed along the pit lane then this is some f***ing bell endery to prove a point imho
