Excel Help Please....

I have a spreadsheet that contains 20 columns of numbers with many cells blank.

So for example row 1 might be something like:
6,17,blank,blank,blank,12,47,72,blank,blank etc

I want to somehow isolate the 2nd lowest number in the range (row).

Any ideas for an idiot that doesn't include VBA that I know nowt about. I'm guessing it would be multi stage ranking the numbers (excluding blanks) then another operation to isolate the 2nd lowest?

There is a SMALL function.

I have a delicious blackberry gin in my hand currently. Lots of ice. Absolute nectar.

There is probably a way of sorting your columns to get what you want. It I'd probably use VBA to tackle it and spend about an hour doing it when a professional developer could do it in a few minutes.
