If we win today, I'll be the happiest I've been since the 5th of May 1973 regardless of whether we qualify for Europe

That doesn’t work for EUROPA LEAGUE - you need Brighton to lose also for Europa League. So your maths is shit sorry! 😂
 
Is it not also the case that if Liverpool win and Aston Villa lose, that opens up a further European place because champions league gets extended to 6th, Europa 7th and 8th and conference 9th?
 
We can also finish above Brighton if they draw and we win by 17 goals. We only have to win by 16 as long as they score less than 4 in their draw.

I thought that but someone on here explained that it’s the same amount of European places, it just depends whether it’s an extra CL or Europa league place. Either way, it’s top 8 for Europe.
