European allocations

I asked on the forest forum yesterday for advice and there's some very good posts already about the logistics and reality of it all. Helpful bunch 👍
Doing the lords work there mate, cheers for that. Anyone massively jumped the gun and booked a hotel for the final in Frankfurt on the off chance we get there? I’m guilty of it 🤣

Only 38 points so looks like it will be corporate for the away games if possible.

I think 38 points will get you a ticket if the allocation is decent

The forest fans on that forum mention loads of them going cooperate at away games as it's relatively cheap compared to here

wow!! mental that isnt it
It should become a little clearer Thursday night after they've played the 2nd leg.Youd think they don't get up then it would be unlikely they'd upgrade the stadium, get up then you'd think they'd upgrade but then again could they get it done in time. Its UEFA category 4 requirements at the league stage.

Just looking there and Cypriot and Israeli finals are this week so that's another 2 teams in possibly

I'm in same boat as you regards going by myself. Both my lads don't have enough points. We were based in corporate for 6 years and got all the away tickets via my account. Don't think we missed many in league one days but moving to south stand 2 years ago meant our history was deleted and reset to 2 years.

Torreense will be playing their Europa games at the Algarve Stadium, the one we played Sevilla in Pre Season. Be typical we play (albeit favourable) them at a ground we’ve already played at

Going by other clubs I don’t think you’ve got much chance of avoiding id checks mind.

I’m sure a lot of the time you have to show your passport to collect the tickets and stuff like that
Sure it’s only if it’s paper tickets, a lot of the mags tickets this year were digital

I went to that game in pre-season, canny size ground and not far from Albufeira, would be a cracker if we drew them!

You still on that forest forum mate? Is it that persons id or lead booker?

Quite a few scenarios for this.If their ground needs updating to play in the top flight which I think it will and they don't do it my reckoning is they'll play in Leiria 50-60 miles north "if" it's had its roof fixed. They don't go up then I presume it won't meet UEFA stands either. They certainly won't be playing a full top flight season at Benfica or Sporting's ground and I doubt even 4 games there. If Leiria,Benfica and sporting are not possible then Estoril or Casa pia are the next obvious ones for EL games but they are also small. It could even end up at the Aveiro stadium (26k or so) 200 kms north of torres vedras, like leiria it's used for domestic cup semis etc.

Was at Roma v Lazio last weekend and they checked passport and ticket details matched 3 times going into the ground.
Yes, very strict.

To be fair Fiorentina it didn't have my name on the ticket and police just wanted us in so didn't really check.

Empoli I wasn't there with an English club, just for their game v Genoa and got checked at the entrance.

Juventus done the wet wipe trick so got in with ID check.
I’m hoping for Dynamo Kiev away as they would surely be playing in Poland and we’d likely have most of the ground?
Played at Lublin this year, easy to get to from Warsaw. They played in Wroclaw year before that.

Shakhtar played in krakow.

Israeli teams played mainly in Hungary.

Aye they tend to turn a blind eye when want you in, went in Italian end when England played at san siro and thought game over when seen passport checks , they waved just me through as was close to kickoff and was rammed

Tbh it's the forcing you on the buses in Italy and turkey that makes it unenjoyable.

Got kept behind at juventus and Fiorentina for 2 hours
We just got the metro but weren’t with the main travel club etc, if we already have our ticket for our games think we would just do the same as heard similar stories about the organised buses
