European allocations

I'm gonna get on some villa , palace and forest forums this week and ask them the crack, i.e how easy is it to pass a ticket on, can we collect a ticket with a fake ID or take someone's passport who isn't there etc.. there must be a way around it. My dad is only on 5 points but my mates who can't go are all on 60,70 points

I'll not lie, I want to use one of thier tickets for me dad.. we've dreamed about this years

Aye would love to use my mates number for my dad too if he couldn’t make it

This however is the perfect opportunity for SAFC to get the ticket office into order, put out clear instructions on how collection works, what will be accepted as ID, if person needs to be there etc etc but I’m not holding my breath

Biggest allocation we had was around 3,500 - 4,000 at Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid, both sold out.

One of the smallest allocations would have been Marseille at around 2,500 but many more travelled without tickets and were admitted by the French police who preferred them to be inside the ground rather than causing trouble outside.

So how does europa work these days is it still a group stage then knockout?

Ill never get a ticket but might just go through anyway like im sure loads will as well.

Ticket demand for both home and away will be unreal. By time season ticket holders and all corporate done, plus segmentation for away fans, probs looking at 5k on general sale
Can you imagine if we get Milan or Juve? They will go in an hour

Can't believe I have just written us in the same sentence as Milan and Juve

San Siro Stadium, with its 75,817 seats, is now the largest capacity stadium in Italy.

It'll be a sell our for sure 😃

If it's right about needing ID to collect tickets then I can't see there being a single spare ticket floating about. No one is going to travel, collect their tickets with thier passport, and then sell the ticket on.

Hopefully there's some good places to watch the game together in the away cities for those who don't have tickets

I'll be in phase 1 but three of the lads I go every week to away games who are on 70+ points are teachers (or work in schools) so wont be able to travel to any of the. Gutting really as those lads have travelled home and away for decades.

They won't even be able to pass their tickets on.

I could potentially be going alone

Teachers 🙄 the easiest profession to take a sickie 😉
