I find it strange people saying we won’t sell as many tickets depending on the opponents. The first 4 home games will 100% sell out, not cause we’re class or anything but it’s the first European venture in most of our lives and everyone is buzzing for it. The first home game could be against the wheatsheaf over 40s and I’d happily pay £40 and be in my seat 45 mins before kick off for the build up.

No chance. First game, Milan, Juve maybe Leverkusen, Benfica, Marseille will sell out. Everything else id be impressed if we got to 40k. All price dependant of course.

Doesn't do anything for me going to Milan, Turin etc without a ticket so I'll be a no to all away games I think, which is a shame. Even the home end I'd begrudge going in

Can't complain though the tickets deserve to go to those who have done the hard yards

You wouldn’t get in the home end anyway at those 2 grounds as you have to show your passport to the Wop OB before entry

Probably not. The Mags sold their Euro tickets in June last year and I've heard from a mate (who has inside knowledge) that we will be doing the same. We could be sold out before the Prem fixtures are out!

We won't know who we are playing until back end of August so will they really sell tickets without knowing the opponent?

They’ve sold plenty of STs without knowing what division we’ll be in so I don’t see why not mate.

Agree, if they sell the 4 home games in a package deal like other clubs are doing.

Depends on price. If similar to Villa & Forest prices, theres absolutely no chance itll be anywhere near to selling out.

Villa played champions league recently can let them off. Forest is a shambles aswell. Haven't played europe in 50 years we have to sell the lot out.

Would be very disappointing if we can't sell out 4 games. It's been 50 years ffs, I'm sure people will find the money and make the extra effort to attend.

Well we’ll have to agree to disagree, I think it may be a little disappointing not to sell out, but not at all shambolic or any more appropriate adjective, to describe a less than capacity crowd for our first European adventure in half a century.

The less glamorous ones won’t sell out. And so what. Newcastle got 20,000 when they played Maritimo last time in the Europa and didn’t sell out any until Benfica in the QF. So beyond that who cares.

The same was said in the summer when it was clear that we'd sell out every home game. Every game will be a sell out regardless of the opposition.

Every PL team is a draw. Some European teams aren’t.

I hope the rest of the supporters are as enthusiastic as you but I'm not convinced if we play lesser know european clubs. SAFC have never been great for attending first round cup matches

There’ll be some of the loud mouths giving it massive at the minute about travelling to Europe who’ll not even bother with the home games I bet
