Eppleton always seem to me to be a progressive cricket club. I see on your site that you have a junior xmas party night and junior registration night and generally your website is always up to date. Puts almost all cricket clubs to shame really. I'm assuming that there has been a lot of interest from your kids and those from Hetton Lyons for this new cricket academy that opens next year? Clearly those two teams stand to benefit the most from the initiative.

It was Hetton School awards evening last night and the proposed cricket academy was very high on the agenda, all the schools cricketers were given awards for their commitment to cricket at the school... Ryan Pringle a former Hetton school pupil gave out the awards.

At Eppleton we are trying to build from the bottom and are trying to involve the kids as much as we can during the close season and the club can see the benefits of this already.. The future once again is starting to look very good!!!
