It makes such a big difference playing him through the middle.

The amount of one on ones he’s created only for us not to finish the chances. He could have been having Bruno Fernandes style numbers ffs. :lol:

I don’t remember the mags tbf, but I do remember other championship teams (Derby, Sheff United, Portsmouth, Cov etc.) saying he was overrated and their teams had better players.

Was after the play offs where one of them said that we’ve just had to waste money buying him or something.

he'd be a shoe in for pretty much any other international squad than the one he happens to be eligible for

i know they're stacked but he must be at least be in the conversation if he continues like this going into next season

A lot of people say that he's better in the premiership than he was in the championship and while this maybe true there are a couple of factors people are missing out. The first one is he wasn't fully fit when he came to us in the championship and he had to play more games each week. The second factor is well he is playing in a much much better team along with the mighty Xhaka. He is our magician though who is an extremely hard worker and has top premiership quality.
