At 11’40, he says that before the derby at SJP, it was the passionate locally-born kitman who did the pre-match talk to galvanise the troops! The journalist at this point (12 minutes) is very interested by the anecdote and asks ELF what the kitman said and Enzo replies: “Oh, I'm not sure, he talked quickly… But basically he said that we should stay calm but also go out there and play our hearts out. Something about being both ice and fire”.
 

After the home derby in December, there is a clip of Enzo hugging a member of the backroom staff, big half guy. I wonder if it’s him. Enzo seems to love him.

Thats exactly how we played anarl.
 
In the after game footage at Newcastle you can see the kit man join the players celebrating on the pitch and Enzo and one or two others are pointing at him while looking up at our fans. Big lad with a shaved head

Aye, I noticed this. He's in a few of the On the Road videos as well.

Must have been class for him, local lad giving a speech before the derby and then watching us win.

ELF also says at the end that he wants to play for France, and thinks he can achieve that (capped many times with the U21s) but needs to score more... (out of his 5 league goals this year, 4 pens).

Pity the kit man didn’t have a word before the forest game.
