England's white ball tour so far (including T20 WC)

I was having a look again at our tours this winter. We went to NZ prior to the Ashes and SL after the Ashes.

To recap the results went as follows -
NZ - 2 ODIs (lost both) 3 T20s (won 1, with 2 NR)
SL 3 ODIs - ( won 2-1) 3 T20s (won 3-0).

Not too bad and there a few decent individual performances. All looks good going into the T20 WC at the end of the week.

Our fixtures for this are -

Nepal, Sunday 8th, 9.30am
West Indies, Wed 11th, 1.30pm
Scotland, Saturday 14th, 9.30am
Italy, Monday 16th, 9.30am

We should be able to progress from the group, only WIs likely to challenge us.

We start our campaign this morning against Nepal.

Should be an easy win for us. I can't see Nepal scoring 3 figures.

Seem to get the balance right with the team

Famous last words :D

Not getting the lad but pleased they have dropped Overton as he would go for big runs against the better sides

Yeah Overton is a liability.

I see we'ee batting first today so with our line up we should get 250+ here.

Scotland up next after this defeat against WIs.

We should win but you never know given how we nearly slipped up against Nepal.

One more defeat will probably result in an early exit. At least when we play Italy they dont have Gay or the injured Madsen to trouble us.
