Because he got 200.

so. Did he win the game answer is no.
After the rain came the game was heading for a draw which he would have been the major achiever of that.

The bowlers won the game on a very good batting pitch two other england batsmen got 100's and we didn't even need a couple of other batsmen who could have easily got us upto the same score.

Swann Man of the match!

As has just been established, yes.

FLOWER OUT

how?

No way Trott should have been MOTM. He didn't exactly bat for the team yesterday - 78 in 59 overs.

Swann should have got it.

exactly.

They bowled an excellent batting team out for 82 within 25overs in a game that we shouldn't have had any chance of winning when finally getting the games play underway and a batsemn gets the MOM it really is a batsmens game.

Its absolutely f***ing ridiculous that Trott gets some stick and borders on racism. His knock was as usual phenomenal and the bedrock of our innings. MOM? close call - I would have went for Swann but its far from a ridiculous choice

these cheap wins in the wind and rain arent helping Engand achieving their long term aim because when they go to the sub continent they will get stuffed and until we can win in the sub continent we will never be ranked one in the world

Doesn't a 3-0 home victory in this series propel us to number 1? May be wrong but I'm sure I read that somewhere.

It's also fair to say that England won this test despite the weather not because of it.

Except we can go number 1 in the world this summer.
