I think he'll come back into the team in place of Monty in the summer, when we wont need 2 spinners. It's a toss up between him and Bresnan.

need to unearth a genuine world class spinner or ideally two to challenge to the top sides. In the short form of the game (as evidenced by Durham domestically), having good spinners but no outstanding spinners wont win you trophies

Agreed. Swann is a very good bowler, but in ODIs you need some form of mystery and unpredictability and we just haven't got that.
