These games are up in the hills of Assam where it rains a lot. They're not hosting any WC games there (getting these games was a bit of a trade off for not being selected as a WC venue). The monsoon season has just finished over there too, the schedule was deliberately done to avoid it.

6.50pm: We're now hearing reports that there's been a 5.4 Earthquake in Assam, with its epicentre 130km west of Guwahati. Thoughts are with anyone affected, although it does not appear to have been particularly strongly felt around the stadium.
