I doubt I'll be paying that.

Me and the son will mean an expensive night out. Watch on telly with some cans and a good old ruby.
 
You can only buy Junior tickets for the family stand. The ticket price range at Headingley go from £40 to £80 IIRC but you can get a juvenile ticket for any stand and it’s £10 regardless.
I’m undecided at the moment.

I don't think you have to bid for the games now, you just get allocated a share of the profits.

Avoids the scenario of the Sri Lanka test a few years ago when DCCC lost a load of cash on it.

There are certain members, graves for example, who cannot stand Durham having games when Yorkshire don’t. He took the opportunity to absolutely hammer Durham, despite his own county being far more into debt and then rewarding Glamorgan with a hundred franchise, despite them contributing virtually nowt to the England team bar Robert Croft and Simon Jones, in the last 30 years

I think he may. This hundred for eight grounds is the start.

I don’t know any organisation where 93% of current patrons are being ignored, to then centralise the product into 8 areas of a country.

In the hope of a new audience? I enjoy our tennis rallies about this but I won’t be swayed.

He wants Yorkshire to thrive. That’s is modus operandi. If that means Durham folding, so be it in his eyes. Matters fuckall that we produce England players because most Yorkshiremen believe Yorkshire > England anyway.

The hundred is the start of that, in his world he wants Durham fans to flock to Headingley and by having this competition it will begin to bridge the gap between North Yorkshire and Scotland (in his eyes). He wants total domination of the North.
