Nah, No England player has ever been out in a crucial World Cup game in Asia playing a reverse sweep. Ask Mike Gatting, he'll tell ya.

They all know how crucial this game is so why don't they just use their heads a bit and play a bit more sensibly??

Of all the top teams, England are by far the worst as assesing the pitch and having some idea of what a decent score is. Say it's a 250 pitch, England far more likely to get bowled out for 210 trying to get 300 than other top teams

hard to tell mate TBH. We would have a chance for sure as pitch is really turning and got some bounce, will reverse but also looks quite flat

250 is a good score on here

not sure about that. other commentators are saying the outfield is quick and with a bit of dew our slow arm guys may struggle.

if we are to stand any chance we must bat the full 50 overs though, and it isn't looking likely

I have to say I don't know about the dew, there have been no day/night matches so far in the World Cup here. Outfield is fast, but pitch looks flakey. I'd expect England to bowl better than WI did. 250 is a very challenging total imo.
