I don't dislike him, he's just not technically good enough to bat at number 3 in test cricket. His county stats are excellent, but we know what we are getting with him in test's, he's a sitting duck against a full, moving back so needs to bat number 5 ideally, there's no space for him currently.

I can't imagine what people could possibly have to complain about with this test side.

In that case, by definition, there is no one else that can bat there then?
