Bashir has to be one of the most unusually selection by a team. Third choice for his own county but nailed on to play for his country.

On this particular one I totally agree, but they had certainly been players selected earlier than you would expect who done well. It's just f***ing mental. Third choice spinner, at best, for his county who watch him train every day, but picked for test cricket off a youtube video.
Vibes.
Hope you provide a good tea marraIf my back garden is given Test status, I’m celebrating the f**ker!
Crawley is just yet more proof that nothing good has ever come out of K*nt.
Don’t you technically live in Kent?Crawley is just yet more proof that nothing good has ever come out of K*nt.
Hes not wrong mindWork with a lad from South London who lived there for a time before he moved up here. I said to him recently, isn’t Kent known as ‘the garden of England’ and he replied “yes, but I’ve no idea why, it’s an absolute sh*thole”
Thought you’d enjoy that.

The weather is beautiful, as is the ground
.
Old Fharook there. A man , not unlike myself, who enjoys a good lunch, dinner and late evening snack
Nice observation from Atherton about the distinctive sound at Lords. You can hear that ‘hum’ on TV.
I'm completely with on Lords. Can't say I ever truly enjoy going there. The best thing about village cricket was always the Teas, it’s an absolute travesty that they’ve gone now - so I would make sure that any tea I provided would more than do itself justice.
One of my least favourite grounds in England. Know it might not be fashionable to say that, but it’s stuffy as owt and the atmosphere there is easily one of the worst in world cricket.

I am the minority with this but I strongly disagree that there has to be a test match at Lords basically every home series. The best thing about village cricket was always the Teas, it’s an absolute travesty that they’ve gone now - so I would make sure that any tea I provided would more than do itself justice.
