England v India - Third Test, 10/07

Like I say, I don't mind a bit of chunter between bowler and batsman after the latter has missed a jaffa, or creamed one through the covers. But once a bowler has taken a wicket, there's no need for the type of display shown by Siraj. The batsman is out, he already feels like sh!t. All the bowler is doing is showing what a w@nker he is. I can virtually guarantee, had the roles been reversed, he wouldn't have displayed the magnaminity shown towards him by the England players - he would have been too busy celebrating with his teammates.
Hear hear.

I love the needle as much as the next person. But Siraj overstepped the mark. Archer had a few words at Pant when he got him out today but that straddled this side of the line imo.

Wow. Still buzzing.

This England team can be frustrating and the batters make you want to tear your hair out at times but hell they are entertaining. Long may it continue.

Hats off to them.

Bye bye India fans and players

I think the saying is ‘cry more’.
Span back.

I have to praise Bashir for his 5/6 overs there. I've been quick to knock him but he bowled class at the end when the pressure was on. Deserved that.

He did to be fair, showed great discipline. Can’t have been easy being out of the game for days and suddenly having to bowl in that pressure cooker.

On the BBC Sports page Matt Henry has been talking to some India fans: “All the luck went to England” apparently.

Fuck them. The Mags of cricket. Incapable of grace in defeat.
The ones we spoke to in hyderabad after we won were sound tbf but I think its more social media in general. Get the same in football
