Can hardly blame him though. Hasn't played first class cricket since January and then out of nowhere is called into the Indian team.

No idea why they haven't played Munaf to be honest.

to be fair its what England use to do on tour. Lose a load of quickies then call someone up in the Englsih off season who hadnt bowled a ball in anger for yonks.

I stand corrected but wasnt it Fletcher who took a Lions side on tour at the same time as the full tour so he had cover of fit and in form bowlers to cover for injuries.
