Personally I would keep faith with Burns, still think in the last Ashes series he was really good against a brilliant Aussie attack, who imo would have made Sibley look like a club cricketer.

Great game of cricket with advantage swinging one way & the other.
But our tactics/captaincy today were shocking. Root great batsman, terrible captain.
Shami & Bhumra are true tail-enders who barely know which end of the bat to use. Somehow they pummelled us.
The pitch was like a road today & how a test team could be bowled out on it for 120 in 60 ovs is beyond belief. Their spinner was also ineffectual & didn't take a wicket on day 5. Heads need to roll in the top 6.
