Yesterday when India were having to rebuild after losing 3 wickets you had some posters questioning their tactics saying they weren’t trying to win etc. I hope they can treat this as an education on the nuances of test cricket. They played it perfectly.

No they didn’t. They played it well enough to win given the fact we were f***ing woeful. That isn’t “perfectly”, any half decent team would have defended 60 overs on a flat pitch.
