Weather cloudy but dry.

Morgan if fit, back in for billings. I think billings has blew his chances to be in the world cup squad.

His odi starts, top score 62, average 22.58, games 15, total runs 271.

He has had a fair run at it imo, it's time to look elsewhere in our next odi series

Vince? And I haven't been on the drink either!
Last odi was in Bangladesh 2016.

5 games, 104 runs, AVE 26 hs 51

Absolutely superb innings today v yorks.

It would appear billings took his place and has simply not achieved what they hoped

By the way, that link, I've got no idea why it's in German, as it's just the weather forecast for Nottingham

Actually translates as weather Merkel but dry.

Australia won the toss and chose to bowl

Morgan back for England, billings dropped

Billy stanlake back in for Australia

38 for 0 off five

Roy and bairstow on 19

Australia wasted their review of an inside edge by Roy, but it flicked his pocket

Bairstow won a review for one, missed wicket. Then stoinis dropped an over the shoulder skyer off him

111 for 0 off 13.4

Bairstow 60
Roy 50

150 or 0 off 18.3

Roy 80
Bairstow 68

Carnage

Roy run out by short going for a second

Roy 82 off 61, 7 X 4s, 4 X 6s

159 for 1

No let up with the wicket

181 for 1 off 22

Hales is 18 off 12

Bairstow 78 off 59

Bairstow 100 off 69, 11 X 4s 4 X 6s

216 for 1 off 26

We could get 400 plus at a canter

Double your score after 30 overs is the aim

Bairstow should be after a big double ton here
It's a mixture of 1s, 4s or 6s. Roy went for a suicidal second and paid the price.

400 minimum from here 237 for 1 off 28

By the way, Botham is on crutches

He was not the original endorser of it as Bobby Key was torturing it yesterday

Botham has done his hip in fishing, slipped on a rock, sober athers asks

Hales 51 off 38

259 for 1 off 30.1
