Firstly the lasses need 23 from 23 to regain the Ashes so hopefully they can do that.

Men start at half 6.

I'm guessing the team will be

Hales
Carberry
Lumb
Bopara
Morgan
Root
Wright
Buttler
Broad
Tredwell
Finn

Unless they leave Lumb out and pick another quick, Rankin maybe?[DOUBLEPOST=1377795874][/DOUBLEPOST]I was wrong

Eng win toss and will bowl. Team: Hales, Lumb, Wright, Root, Morgan, Bopara, Buttler, Broad, Finn, Briggs, Dernbach.

How poor is Finn. If he was 5'7" instead of 6'7" he wouldn't play for a county let alone England:evil: and if he goes to Australia instead of Onions:evil::evil:
finn who averages 17 in t20 and goes at less than 7 an over generally yeh he is shocking average 26 in odi and in test cricket under 30

How slow was Dernbach, chasing after that ball? Looked like he was wearing concrete boots

I'm new to cricket, what's the crack with so many more boundaries in 20/20, just the batsmen taking more risks?

Get as many runs as you can, as quickly as you can. Chances are you're not going to get bowled out in 20 overs so can take more of a risk, as you say. And they bring the boundary ropes in a bit too.

Cheers, I'm enjoying it like, don't mind a bit cricket but only when England are playing, so I have a team to shout for.

This is brilliant batting, but how many more balls are we going to throw down on a length, or bang in halfway down?

No innovation, tactics or courage to try anything new. Or failing that, how about a yorker?
