Finn will be back.Why are you writing him off? Mills is a possibility amongst other candidates like Overton for a young,fast bowler position in the team.The opportunity is there.

I cant see K.P. being part of the new set up.No one is bigger than the team and I think he has burnt his bridges for good this time.
 
Why do you post these threads like once a month?

There won't be major changes, and most of the players you mention are either nowhere near ready or simply not good enough.

Didn't know you were a mind reader.A man of many talents.
 
If KP goes I think I would find a place for Morgan. I accept the counter argument about him not playing the short ball well but he is mentally strong, hugely talented and above all has guts.

Is mentally strong and has guts,but talented enough for test cricket?,not sure,after watching him play test cricket before think he would have been found out like the rest of them in the Ashes.

I can't say with any certainty. I don't think its lack of talent for test cricket, he oozes talent but he does have technical issues - however we don't exactly have a huge pool of mentally strong, technically perfect players to choose from and Morgan for me does tick a lot of boxes.

Difficult one,because in one sense Morgan would seem like a step backwards as don't think he looked comfortable at test cricket before,however can see where you coming from as not a lot of players coming through either.

Other than 1 or 2 stories in the press that have been denied by all parties, in what way has he burnt his bridges or been acting bigger than the team? I think a lot of people are looking for stuff that isn't there in this series

I'm with you on this actually. Without KP we can be very one paced. Morgan at 5 could change the tempo of an innings. And definitely has the temperament

Mills got great publicity when England played Essex live on Sky last year. Other than that, I bet he'd never have been heard of outside of Chelmsford.
