I think we can get stuck into their batting whatever they've scored this tournament. Big danger is their spinners in the middle overs, even milking them at 4.5 per over per the game plan will be tough.

Two of the best three sides in the World playing on Sunday (West Indies being the other given SA's injuries), we're well capable of winning. If India get 300 our plodders will have little chance but that would be a top effort from them against our attack.

Sorry but West Indies are not a good one day side, they are good 20 20 players but are awful in the 50 over format, they just lost 5-0 in Australia recently, they win the odd game in style but they generally lose most series.

They also lost 3-2 to Bangladesh before that

Not even in the top 5 best sides.
