Eng vs India - First Test - 20th-24th June

Think he was on 60 or so off about 90 balls without playing an overly attacking stroke, which proves that these boys don’t need to do owt daft to score quickly. Just have the right mindset and always look to work the ball into gaps (almost Boycott’esque ). I think there’s a lot to be said for a left hand/right hand partnership too.

He's very good at the touch shots. Deflecting it in to gaps, running 1s and 2s. With the ability to really accelerate when needed (which I suspect we'll see soon).

Bollocks rain.

Aye, bit shite this rain. You just know they’ll bring Bumrah straight on when the players return.

Surprised with how little they’ve utilised Jadeja up to now.

Looking at the Met Office radar it should blow through in about 15 minutes. Only risk after that is a short shower around 4pm

Watch it just continue all day though.

Think the commentators were saying there’s an hour built into the day to accommodate delays anyway? So we won’t start losing any overs just yet.

1st hundred by an England opener in the 4th innings of a test match since Cook in 2010 apparently
Doesn't happen very often. Duckett only the 16th England player to do so.
