Embleton and Baldwin could be off by Monday

Always amazes me how “interest in Embleton” the newspapers words, can morph into “he’s leaving” so quickly
You have to laugh mate.
Another example of why Donald needs to stop talking and milking the attention. 10 days ago he declared that we would definitely sign 3 players before the Wimbledon game. Now it’s down to 1. He ends up looking like a bit of a tit at times, which is a shame as I think overall he’s done a good job here
You don't seem overly worried about looking like a tit so why should he?

I'm glad to see a lot of people think that it would be a mistake to move Embleton out at this stage, if we are playing the three players behind a striker then we need at least 5 or 6 players for those three positions to cover 60+ matches.

McGeady, Maguire and McNulty are all unlikely to be able to play more than 30 to 40 games so he will get opportunities and I think he will become a big part of our team.

I suspect there isn't anything in this story.

There's a lot of young players like Embleton who should be going out on loan imo because I can't see them getting a game in the first team. That's one thing I'm quite surprised we haven't done so far.
He was out on loan all last season

Are we just ignoring the fact that you were factually incorrect? Whether you mis-remembered what he’d said or if you’d just twisted it to have a dig (again), you were wrong.

.... as for why say anything at all, would you prefer he took the Ellis Short approach to fan engagement ?

I’d prefer he didn’t spout shite constantly and just reported facts. Most other club chairmen seem to manage it, but Donald has a track record for this

I agree with you that Donald would be better keeping quiet but and it’s Avery big but, it’s a bit strong for u to criticise him for not sticking to the facts, in fact hypocritical is the word

Embleton was reluctant to sign a new contract until he was given assurances over his playing time. I'd be surprised if the club loaned him out just weeks after putting pen to paper as I doubt he'd have signed a new deal if another loan was even mooted during the negotiations.

But you just spouted shit about Donald

Im not a professional in charge of a football club and my opinion on here is slightly different to a professional opinion from an executive. I have a level of professionalism at work that is different when I’m at home. So should Donald. This is exactly why he gets all of the Dell boy abuse

So it's just out of work time that you spout shit? Bet your lass is chuffed.
