A decent manager by the looks of it and an ex-Newcastle United player who shirked nothing at the club.
That may have helped a lot.
A convict who you paid tens of thousands of pounds while he was in jail ,he played you like a fiddle and still does
Deserve each other

That young lad for the Mags has been outstanding for Bristol Rovers since going on loan. Think I read 6 goals and 4 assists in 15 games and the Gas lads are saying he’s the best player they’ve seen playing for them by a mile. They call him the Geordie Maradona - fair enough the standard isn’t exactly great where they are but surely someone like that would be better than some of the shite we have now?

Young, hungry, desperate to prove himself.

Not sure whether they would let him come here mind or if we’d accept him. Hard pill to swallow for us to take one of their kids on loan to help get us back up the leagues. Reckon it’s worth a punt though as the talk is of loads of Championship teams being after him on loan next year.
.. Wouldn’t want any player who is associated to the murdering despots ..

Wont go far, him and his family get in our pub, he loves the attention and loves the drink.
Great. A junior Danny Graham. I foresee a twenty year contract on PL wages being offered by the numbskulls running our club.

I think you need to read up on the definition of decent. Clownshoe.
