Newcastle must be getting itchy trigger fingers with their Saudi riches. They'll get an upgrade eventually.

Howe edges Potter for me. When it comes to English managers, there's no one else if we're being honest.

I've said it before, Howe should be Englands next manager, plays attacking football, scores goals, good defensively makes good use of what he's got and players seem to play far better than they have previously, brings the best out of players (Almiron and Jolinton in particular) and I want him away from doing any more good with that lot.

Is he not? When I’ve watched Newcastle they’ve haven’t been overly expansive.

I don't know enough about him really mate. Whenever I've watched his Newcastle side (not much) they've been mostly aggressive but niggly and dull.
