I don't mind him, but he's 26 and he's probably a decent limited overs option and not much more. Hard to see him having a huge impact in first class cricket.

Yes, it's a strange one. Bowling coach is an international cricketer who developed through our own academy yet even established bowlers like Potts have regressed.
