Very difficult to be critical of any individual coach until you know their individual job specification. We have a batting coach,a bowling coach and a head coach.
What is frightening is the complete lack of fight and team spirit- currently we are a set of 11 individuals -you could never level that accusation ever in the past. Down to the director of cricket -and worryingly he's going nowhere
