Durham Vs Worcestershire - One Day Cup - 01-08-23


Not for this game, but Durham offering free tickets for the game next Friday. Can't post a link as at work and can't get on social media where I saw it this morning.
 
See Northants have signed Privthi Shaw for the competition. Very good overseas signing :eek:

Have Willey and Tye two players I'd have expected in the hundred as well.

3 very decent players available for them. Be interesting game against them, as they clearly fancy silverware.

Pleasant enough day at the Riverside. Trapdoor Stand unsurprisingly closed. Wicket pretty much central. Durham Uni flag in Co Durham Lower not now covering the whole section.of seats.
 
Seems like a decent day to bowl first, the visitors look very strong - I’m expecting better returns than last season (it won’t take much improvement :o) but I think it’ll be a tough ask to expect us to progress.
