I just don't understand why we' tried to return him to how he started his career as an all rounder. With so much success with Warks in the top 3.
He started the season batting 6 to accommodate Robbo and Ackers at 4/5. Just daft shoehorning a player in for the sake of it.
I know he had some chances at 3 but one of them games was the lottery pitch at Worcs after he'd already had a bad start in a "new" position.
