Durham v Worcestershire (A) C.C.

Just don’t like ordinary blokes doing their best and giving genuine honest decisions that may be right or maybe wrong.

Been called all the names under the sun for simply trying their best.

Criticism goes with most jobs and sport should not be any different but abuse not needed or acceptable imo.

For example seen your good self critcise many a time but never seen you abuse anyone once
A keen supporter venting his frustration. Sticks and stones...

Except with that particular poster it’s every single time he comments about a ref or umpire they a wanker, prick or idiot or worse

Imo there is a difference between a fan getting frustrated and calling someone which we all have done in the past.

And someone who calls them and abuses them every single time!

You just think or at least I do ‘ can you not give it a rest just once’ and appreciate the difficult job they have?

Ok. But they are very well remunerated and many are appointed with very little experience -jobs for the boys i.e. ex-players, little evidence that that they're all dedicated and professional. I Fully understand the frustration.
If you're wholly dedicated and qualified like in any profession the job shouldn't be difficult.

I think you missing my point mate, I think all including myself ‘ fully understand the frustration’

I don’t see the need to call them ‘ fat little wankers’ ‘ f***ing pricks’ etc etc.

Especially when it’s every single time!!

That’s the difference between been a frustrated fan and a nobhead imo of course

Are they well remunerated? Google says a test umpire earns £3,500 a match. It’s hardly mega money
