Got 5 tickets free for the match with my membership which I can't use if anyone's interested?

Received a letter from them today,part of which read:

We begin the 2014 season on Easter Sunday with our opening LV=CC match against Somerset, and as a thank you for taking 2014 membership we have enclosed 5 free tickets vouchers for Easter Sunday for you to share with your family and friends.
 
I've just acquired a ticket from a member but notice one of the conditions on the back says "Ticket is only valid if presented with a complete counterfoil"

All I've got is just a coloured poster-type ticket saying free entry on sunday. No counterfoil???
