Aye, Warks win looking unlikely just now

Adjust that to in trouble

3 down

As mad as it sounds, getting bowled out for 150 might be a good thing, probably gives us more chance bowling them out due to the weather etc, plus their top order is very very shaky....Get em in tonight;)

Are you lot hoping for a draw in the Lancs/Warwks game? I’m a Lancy fan myself. I’m still clinging to the faint hope we might achieve something I’ve never seen before and win the Championship but it’s looking unlikely, especially with our very flaky batting line up.

To be honest you have the strongest line up by far and beating us twice this season probably proves that. I might be being stupid but why do you want us to win rather than Warwks? I know they have a sniff too but a draw would be best for you wouldn’t it?

Prefer draw, but would favour win for Lancs over win for Warks as they still have game in hand. Plenty more twists and turns i think though.

Not too sure about that! We could easily lose

Hopefully a lead of 275 would be enough if theres cloud (but not rain of course) about. (i know that means another 150 ish runs like)

Forecast is much better tomorrow so count me out of that one

200 could be ok for 290 lead

Sunshine and scattered cloud forecast for Day 4. Currently lead by 127 with 8 wickets remaining. IMO we should go out and slog straight away. If we can add 200 in 29 overs, which is more than possible. We can declare, leaving Notts 65 overs to chase 328. We've got to atleast give ourselves half a chance of victory.

Bat a session we are a session ahead try and bowl them out in two has to be the plan.

Tricky

I don't think we could let them have a full two sessions unless we absolutely cane it in the morning. More likely 1 1/2

If we dont loss early wickets we can make first session a session and a halfs worth of runs. Think they will bat on after lunch like for a bit. Their batting looks very average as well

Do we set a semi gettable target and go for the win?

With Benks at the crease I very much doubt it
