Looks like Maddinson is the only Aussie contracted state cricketer who is still playing county cricket and not returned home. Very strange is he really that bad.

No i don't mean that. He must have been given permisson by his state team Victoria to stay in England. Harris left Gloustershire two weeks ago to return to the same state team. Its not as if Maddinson would not be in Victoria's one day plans before he came to Durham he was playing ine day cricket for Australia A. Also Pattinson from Notts returned a few weeks ago.Odd statement to make, perhaps he just believes in honouring contracts
Unrelated issue but I see Pattinson has taken an extended break from the game, sounds like injuries have taken their toll on him

Both Trevaskis and Drissell in team suggests a used track and we'll be batting last.
