Just when you thought that this team were finally playing good cricket the team falls apart both in terms of personnel and play on the pitch.

It's a shambles.

Trevaskis opening fgs, even worse is that's the only option they thought they had!
 
Notts took 7 bowling points so are now promoted. Maybe that has influenced the decision to bat again.
 
Bizarre.

Middlesex on course for maximum batting points, along with already having maximum bowling points. They lead by 168 runs as it is, so if they win that’ll put them on 233 points overall.

A draw for Notts in this game will put them on 233 points, and with rain potentially coming into it tomorrow…..
 
Off for bad light. Notts must surely declare now. 576 lead. No way would we even have time to get that even if we were still batting tomorrow evening.

I know Notts being in helps us save the game but it would be nice to have a bat again.
