Wonder if we will ever have another decent spinner. Parky is not up to 4 day cricket just bowls the same pace every ball.

I'd have used the other overseas slot last year and this year on a spinner
Then given more of a chance to our young seamers.
But I don't really think this pitch is conducive to spin anyway
Very few pitches are-therein is the problem. Decent overseas spinners are all at the IPL
Or their home board puts restrictions on their appearances or workload.

That 1st innings lead of 137 came from facing 5 more balls than Middlesex did in their first innings. Crazy.
As annoying as Middlesex batting has been, they’re going to get a draw out of it (unlike Sussex who declared)
