Durham v Middlesex [A] C.C. 1/5/26

Very frustrating that we have gifted Robson, who is probably their best batsman a second life after dropping that most basic of catches. Sods law that he will cash in on that.

Get in Ben.

I said on the last match thread I’d be telling him to buck his ideas up or he can go. He’s been woeful for 18 months and is dropping easy catches every week now.
Twice in 2 games he's dropped a dolly. Harris went on to score big last week but luckily we still got the win but you can't have a keeper missing those kind of chances on a regular basis. Add in his early season batting average of 26 he will be under pressure if both don't improve.

Poor drop from Robinson but we’ll just have to keep plugging away on a deck like this. Toss was always gonna be a bat first decision when the pitch looks like the A1.

Glad I missed the first session

Score card suggests some hard work ahead today.
I got the chance to come down and work here today and I am working! Ive missed a fair bit but looks like the wicket is doing sod all. Parkinson on after about 18 overs suggests its a bit grim
Pitch looks very flat bowled pretty well the shocking drop from Robinson looks like costing us again.
It was a complete dolly
