Durham v Lancashire [H] C.C. 24/4/26

We were there yesterday from the first delivery to the last of the day. Our take was that winning the toss we should have batted first. Disappointed with the poor fielding again, Ollie in our opinion should be dropped to the stiffs for a couple of games to try and get some form. Young mustard was there yesterday so give him a chance? Nice to see Rhodes at the ground and Hogg having a light workout in the middle during the breaks. Full day again for us today, hope we can get the last 3 out early, if we can't I can see the best we can get is a draw. If they put on another 70-80 we will be under scoreboard pressure which going back to my original point is what we should be doing to them.

Drissell playing for Northumberland on Sunday. Suspect he'll be playing for his local club team tomorrow
No beef with the lad, just doesn't seem CC standard, in either batting or bowling.

He has a play if fit clause in his contract!

Is Lees still the invisible man (aka Tommy Miller) on field? When I was there last season it was always Ben Raine you could hear.

Parky was chirping a bit yesterday

Terrible day, right up against it now.
It's not a good position but all is not lost!

For me, I think credit is due to Lancs. But, if some of those catches had been held it would all be a different story.

Aye, and Robinson. I noticed in the last game that he dropped a few catches. If there was a wicketkeeper metric for number of catches dropped in a match I wonder where he would figure.

Sir James must be rubbing his hands. Latest in a long line of dumbfounding decisions by our lot. Still can't get over last night...
4-0 down
What the f***
How the hell'd we balls this up
