Division 2 is certainly interesting and competitive this season. Every team has a victory already and can go from looking woeful to formidable (or visa versa) from one game to the next.

Interesting that every Surrey batsman made double figures, but nobody made a ton.
In that case, I hope it rains all day tomorrow and Sunday.
I sincerely hope we bat for two whole days in our first innings. I hope Campbo gets them so fired up to grind it out with the bat for that long.

This pitch far too favourable to the batsmen whereas bowing and fielding restrictions make batting too favourable in the Hundred. So there is similarity between the two in the imbalance between bat and ball. Nevertheless DASBSQ.

Here, I thought he bowled very nicely and his bowling is a canny little find for us! Wouldn’t mind seeing him given more of a go at it, could end up being useful.
