I'm still unsure what a good score is on this pitch. The comms in the morning were saying 250 would be competitive but Hampshire bowled 45 overs of spin yesterday and didn't look that threatening on a used pitch, I didn't see a delivery really turn.

This. 3.47 isn't such a bad rate. We are going to need the wicket to turn for our spinners (who, let's face it, aren't as good as Dawson) to take wickets.
